What you will need:

• 180 gr white crepe paper, 180 g light green crepe paper
• Mod Podge
• Wide brush or Sponge brush
• watercolors in black, yellow, pink, red. (Or your choice)
• 18 gauge wire
• 22-32 gauge wire
• hot glue gun or Aleenes tacky glue

***Note - you will need two strips of crepe paper at 9x18 inches long to make 3 tulips and 3 sets of leaves
